Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the YABEC 2024 Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to invite you all to the 29th Young Asian Biological Engineers’ Community (YABEC 2024), which will take place at BMC ARPINA, Busan, Republic of Korea.

Since its first meeting in Seoul, Korea in 1995, YABEC has been established as a proud tradition of Asian Federation of Biotechnology (AFOB) and various biological engineering communities across Asia where young professionals and scholars in biological engineering from Asian countries and areas present their latest studies, exchange ideas, make social networks, and promote international research collaborations. Celebrating its 29th meeting this year, YABEC is coming back to Busan, Korea. The wave of bio big-data, AI, and relevant high-throughput, high-precision and computational technologies are influencing almost all the technical fields, and biological engineering is not an exception. We will get together in Busan to share our colleagues’ state-of-the-art technologies during the event. Foremost, we hope you enjoy exciting time together during the YABEC.
